Manual MCC Creation
Step 1. Operator's Manual Task Processing Instructions
The Manual MCC Creation task is generated automatically by the platform whenever an attempt to automatically create or bind a manager account on the client side fails. The operator's task is to manually ensure that the target MCC exists and is correctly bound.
Step 2. Task Execution Process
-
Navigate to the Operators' Tasks page.
-
Locate the required task in the provided table. At the end of the row containing the task details, click the Execute Task button.
-
A modal window will open on the screen, containing a configuration form and built-in text instructions. You can refer to the points of these instructions inside the modal window at any time to verify your steps.
-
Evaluate the state of the data in the form and choose one of the three action scenarios:
- Scenario A (Direct Selection): If the form's dropdown list (select menu) contains relevant available MCCs, select the appropriate manager account and confirm the task execution.
- Scenario B (Creation from Scratch): If the dropdown list is empty and there are no items available for selection, you must sequentially perform the procedures for registering authorization keys and connecting a new manager account to the platform (see MCC Creation and Connection). If the root MCC is already connected to the platform but the pool is empty, create a new empty manager account directly on the Google Ads side.
- Scenario C (Alternative Input via Account ID): If the target manager account has already been successfully created in Google Ads and linked to the platform but does not appear in the main dropdown list, switch to the alternative Account ID tab in the modal window. Fill in the following fields manually:
- Root MCC — select the parent manager account from the list;
- Google Customer ID — enter the 10-digit numeric identifier of this MCC.
Step 3. Verifying Data Synchronization
The goal of this stage is to monitor the automated data import process and ensure that the account tree has successfully loaded into the platform.
- After completing the configuration steps, a background system operation to synchronize the account tree and all its elements will start automatically.
- The execution status of the operation can be monitored in real time on the Operations page.
- Upon successful completion of the synchronization, the entire data structure will be displayed on the Actual Structure page, where the added MCC will appear with all its child elements, ready for selection in operators' tasks.
